1. Money-Back Guarantee Rules
In addition to your refund rights under applicable law, if you purchased our application directly through our websites and were offered a Money-Back Guarantee option at checkout, you may be entitled to a refund if you do not see visible results with our program, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 60 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
You have followed our program for at least consecutive days within the 30 first 60 days of purchase; and
You can demonstrate that you have followed the program according to the requirements described below in the "How to Prove You Have Followed the Program" section.
We will review your request and notify you by email (or other appropriate means) if your request has been approved.
How to Prove Your Participation in the Program
You can demonstrate your participation in the program by meeting the following simple requirements:

At least 7 daily challenges;
At least 3 daily challenges and exercises (for weekly or biweekly subscriptions).
Important Notice
Please note that only full compliance with all of the conditions listed above makes you eligible for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee.

2. General Refund Policy
We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a refund according to the terms below.
As a general rule, if you do not meet the Money Back Guarantee requirements described above, all payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by applicable law.
Certain exceptional cases may be assessed on a case-by-case basis and a refund may be granted at our sole discretion.
Refund requests are generally only valid during the active subscription period.
If your subscription has already expired at the time of request, no refund will be issued.
Notice to Residents of Certain US States
If you live in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase any time before midnight on the third business day following the purchase date, and we will refund the amount paid.
Notice to Residents of the European Union (EU/EEA/Switzerland)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for service contracts.
However:
When purchasing digital content (e.g., videos, PDF files), you expressly consent to immediate availability and waive your right of withdrawal.
When subscribing to a continuous service (such as a subscription to the Aluma app), you expressly request immediate access to the service. In this case, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund a proportional amount corresponding to the service provided before your notice of withdrawal.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Unless you waive this right, the withdrawal period expires 60 days after the conclusion of the contract.
